Cancellations
you can contact the brand email service@comelyy.com to cancel the order and receive a full refund as long as the order has not yet been processed；
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot intercept it, so you cannot cancel the order halfway, you should apply for a return after receiving the goods；
Therefore, if you change your mind, we recommend that you request a cancellation as soon as possible.
1. Return conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:
* The product must be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase
* The product is in unused, undamaged, and original condition.
* The product has all original tags and packaging.
2.Return process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
* Within 60 days after the purchase date, Send order number and return request to our customer service email service@comelyy.com
* Provide photos of product received and reason for return
* After we confirm receipt of your return request, we will provide you with return address information.
* Please include order number, name, and reason for return in the return package.
* Please note that if the item is damaged/missing, we are responsible for the shipping fee; if you need to return the item for personal reasons, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
3.Refund method
1.Credit Card /Debit Card Payments
If you made a purchase using a credit card/ Debit Card and are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to the same credit card / Debit Card used for the original transaction. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect on your credit card/ Debit Card statement may vary depending on the policies and processing times of your card issuer.Please note that depending on your card issuer, it may take 1-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card /Debit Card statement.
2.PayPal Payments:
